We only collect data strictly necessary to provide the features and functionality of aisaDev. We do not passively read, collect, or store everyday channel conversations that are not directed at the Bot.

  • Delivering Game Mechanics: Managing player profiles, tracking inventory, running economy calculations, calculating match results, and updating leaderboards.
  • Operating the Virtual AI Assistant: Transmitting your prompts to AI processing endpoints to generate real-time conversational responses, code snippets, summaries, and recommendations.
  • Preventing Abuse & Cheating: Detecting automated exploit scripts, bot flooding, duplicate transactions, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • System Maintenance: Diagnosing exceptions, optimizing response latency, and resolving software bugs.

04. Third-Party Services & Processors

We never sell, trade, or monetize your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Data is shared exclusively with infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service:

  • Discord API: We receive and transmit messages through the official Discord Developer Gateway and Application APIs in accordance with Discord policies.
  • AI Model Providers: When you use virtual AI assistant features, prompt text is transmitted to our AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent secure LLM API providers) solely to generate your answer. Prompts sent via our API keys are governed by commercial API agreements that prohibit training public baseline models on your inputs.
  • Cloud Infrastructure & Databases: Data is hosted on secured cloud databases with firewall controls and encrypted transport.

05. Data Retention

We retain data based on its operational relevance:

  • Game Data & Profiles: Retained as long as you actively participate in aisaDev games or until you submit a data deletion request. Inactive accounts may be purged during periodic database cleanups.
  • AI Assistant Conversations: Short-term conversation context used for multi-turn dialogue is kept in transient cache and automatically discarded after session inactivity.
  • Error Logs & Telemetry: Anonymized diagnostic logs are automatically purged or rotated within 30 to 90 days.

06. Your Data Rights & Deletion Requests

Regardless of your geographic location, we respect your fundamental data rights:

  • Right to Access: You may request a summary of the data linked to your Discord User ID.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request correction of erroneous game stats caused by verified system glitches.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): You may request the permanent deletion of your game profile, economy balances, inventory, and all associated database records.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request - [Your Discord User ID]. Please provide your 17-to-19 digit Discord User ID. Requests are processed within 14 business days.

07. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security safeguards to protect stored data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All communication between Discord and our hosting servers uses Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Database access is restricted to authorized bot maintainers via strict authentication protocols.

08. Children's Privacy

aisaDev complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child privacy regulations. Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or under the digital age of consent in your local country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
