Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the aisaDev Discord application (the "Bot", "App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our") to your Discord server (guild), interacting with any slash commands, playing games, sending prompts to the virtual AI assistant, or otherwise utilizing any feature provided by aisaDev, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Bot, remove aisaDev from your Discord server, and discontinue all interactions with the Service.

02. Description of Services

aisaDev is a multi-purpose interactive Discord application providing server communities with two primary suites of features:

• Interactive Game Features: Text-based, multiplayer, trivia, adventure, minigames, leaderboards, leveling systems, and simulated in-game economies.
• Virtual AI Assistant: Automated conversational intelligence, natural language answering, creative assistance, utility helper tools, and interactive smart dialogue within Discord channels and direct interactions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any feature, command, or service at any time without prior notice or liability.

03. Discord Platform Compliance

aisaDev operates as a third-party application on the Discord platform. Your use of aisaDev is conditioned on your strict compliance with all Discord policies, including:

• Discord Terms of Service
• Discord Community Guidelines
• Discord Developer Terms of Service

You must meet the minimum age requirement established by Discord (at least 13 years old, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use aisaDev.

04. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use aisaDev responsibly and legally. You agree that you will NOT under any circumstances:

• Exploit, manipulate, or abuse bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics in game economies or commands.
• Use automated scripts, auto-clickers, macros, or external bots to farm game rewards, stats, or automated interactions.
• Spam bot commands, initiate denial-of-service attempts, flood API endpoints, or interfere with bot performance and server stability.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, mirror, scrape, or extract the proprietary code, logic, or assets of aisaDev.
• Use aisaDev to harass, bully, dox, threaten, impersonate, or defame any individual or organization.
• Use the bot to transmit, share, or store illegal, harmful, sexually explicit (NSFW outside designated age-restricted channels), or infringing material.

05. Games, Economy & Virtual Items

aisaDev includes interactive gaming systems with virtual currency, experience points, ranks, inventory items, achievements, and collectible badges ("Virtual Goods").

aisaDev developers reserve the absolute right to:

• Modify, balance, adjust, or recalculate virtual balances, rewards, prices, and drop rates without prior notice.
• Reset, wipe, or rollback economy databases in the event of game updates, severe exploits, data corruption, or seasonal resets.
• Revoke or deduct virtual balances acquired through exploits, bugs, or unauthorized automation.

06. Virtual AI Assistant Terms

The virtual AI assistant feature provided by aisaDev utilizes artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to generate dynamic textual responses.

User Guidelines for AI Interactions

• No Jailbreaking / Adversarial Prompting: You may not attempt to bypass safety filters, prompt inject, jailbreak, or force the AI assistant to produce harmful, unlawful, abusive, or restricted outputs.
• No High-Risk Uses: You may not rely on the AI assistant for critical decision-making in medical, legal, financial, architectural, or emergency safety domains.

Nature of AI Output

Responses generated by the AI assistant are probabilistic and automated. aisaDev does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, or appropriateness of any generated content. Opinions, statements, or facts voiced by the AI do not reflect the beliefs or endorsements of aisaDev or its operators.

07. Suspension & Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability or advance notice, to:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend your access to aisaDev.
• Blacklist specific Discord user IDs or entire Discord servers (guilds).
• Delete, wipe, or reset user profiles, game statistics, economy standings, or stored configurations.

Reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraud, API abuse, or requests by law enforcement and Discord Trust & Safety.

08. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• aisaDev will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any specific time or location.
• Any errors, glitches, or software defects will be corrected immediately.
• The results, data, or AI answers obtained from using the Bot will meet your requirements or expectations.

09. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AISADEV, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, SERVER LOSS, VIRTUAL CURRENCY LOSS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR HARDWARE MALFUNCTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE BOT.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, through announcements within the official aisaDev community server or bot notice broadcasts.

Your continued use of aisaDev after revisions become effective constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
